NOTE: Top-up and withdraw transactions are done from the FNB Online Banking site. Each top-up and withdraw transaction will require a separate Balance of Payment (BoP) code.

Supporting documents must be available for the South African Reserve Bank (just in case). NOTE: Top-up and withdraw transactions are reported to the South African Reserve Bank. At the time of writing, withdrawal to your bank account should be done within 30 days of receiving money in your PayPal account according to local SA regulations. For more information consult PayPal help files and your local regulatory authority.

Also note - PayPal may require that you claim the received money within 30 days if your PayPal account is not set to the same currency as SurveyOasis (the US Dollar). For instance if you have set it to Euro or GBP. In such cases it may be reversed if unclaimed/pending for 30 days. It may also be reversed if you have not confirmed/verified your bank account. For more information see the following link under the heading 'Unclaimed/Pending'.
